1. Introduction
Vemala Technologies is a pre-launch ICT consulting initiative. This notice describes how information collected through this website and our Early Interest signup form is handled. Subscription is voluntary and not required to browse the website.
2. Current operator and business status
The initiative is currently operated by its individual founder from Maryland, United States. An application to establish Vemala Technologies LLC in Maryland has been submitted and is awaiting approval. The LLC is not yet represented as formed or operating. The founder currently manages website and subscription data. If the LLC is approved and subsequently assumes responsibility, this notice will be updated and any required notifications or permissions addressed. Privacy requests: info@vemalatechnologies.com.
3. Information collected
When you subscribe, we collect the email address you submit, consent and double opt-in confirmation records, and related mailing-list activity and preferences. Website, security, and embedded-form providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser or device information, and security signals. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the subscription form.
4. Uses of information
We use information to send requested pre-launch company updates, confirm and manage subscriptions, process unsubscribe or privacy requests, prevent spam and misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use the Early Interest list for unrelated promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis or further consent where required.
5. Email consent and choices
Our subscription process uses double opt-in. You may unsubscribe using the link in applicable marketing emails or email info@vemalatechnologies.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. We may keep limited suppression or consent records to respect opt-outs or meet legal obligations.
6. Retention and annual review
We keep subscriber information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested pre-launch updates. We review the subscriber list at least once every 12 months to determine whether continued retention is appropriate; this is not a promise of indefinite storage. If launch is delayed, we may ask subscribers to reconfirm interest. We may remove information that is no longer needed, and will consider deletion requests subject to applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We do not automatically delete every confirmed subscriber after 24 months.
7. Service providers
Brevo supports subscription collection, double opt-in, contact-list management, and email delivery. Cloudflare provides website hosting and related infrastructure and security services. Google reCAPTCHA helps identify abusive or automated form submissions. Their services may process technical or subscription information consistent with their applicable terms and contractual arrangements. See the providers’ privacy documentation for further information.
8. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell subscriber mailing lists. We share information with service providers as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, and may disclose it where required by law or to address security and legal claims. Providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, appropriate arrangements or safeguards will be used for international processing.
9. Privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain uses, or to withdraw consent. Contact info@vemalatechnologies.com. We may verify a request where necessary and will respond according to applicable legal requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information, including administrative access controls and authentication and established hosting and email providers. No internet-connected system offers an absolute security guarantee.
11. Children
The website is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly solicit subscriptions from children under 18. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
12. Cookies and technology
The website and its embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality, or abuse prevention. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added later, we will review any additional disclosures and consent requirements before enabling them.
13. Future company and Tanzania expansion
We intend to form a U.S. company and may later establish a separate Tanzanian subsidiary. Neither future formation nor foreign expansion is represented here as completed. We will review privacy responsibilities and update disclosures before material operational changes or data transfers that require additional action.
